How Your Order Is Made
We’re a small design studio based in Tokyo, Japan.
Our team is small on purpose, so we can focus on details and take our time with each design.
Every item in our shop is made to order. Once you place an order, your piece is produced one by one, rather than taken from a large warehouse. This helps us avoid overproduction and keep each item feeling special.
For printing, packing, and shipping, we work with Printful, one of the leading global print-on-demand partners with fulfillment centers around the world. They handle production under our direction, so we can combine our small Tokyo studio’s design work with reliable, professional manufacturing.
Because everything is made especially for you, delivery may take a little longer than mass-produced items. In return, you receive a piece that’s created just for you and shipped directly from the most suitable Printful facility to your address.

About Shipping
Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout.
They’re calculated based on Printful’s standard shipping rates, your delivery address, and the type of products in your cart, so you’re always charged an appropriate, transparent amount.
Thanks to Printful’s worldwide fulfillment network, your order is produced and shipped from the location that can deliver it to you in the most efficient way, with tracking available once it has been dispatched.
Please note:Currently, we don’t ship to:
･Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
･Russia
･Belarus
･The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
･Ecuador
･Cuba
･Iran
･Syria
･North Korea
Because of the ongoing war in Ukraine, shipping is very limited. For now, we can only deliver to Ukraine orders that are fulfilled in our Latvian facility.
The same restrictions apply to Kosovo; we only ship products from our Latvian facility, and the available products are limited.
